New idea for the site, not mine, but good enough for me to steal for this site, hahaha. Anyways, eventually I’ll maintain a weekly posting schedule and each week for my first post I’d write a good thing and a bad thing that’s happened. This week will be:
Good : Rekindled my love for Bangai O
Bad : A kid pissed me off. I threw a chair at him. I missed… purposely…?
Funny thing I remembered the other day. It’s strange how people think about things, y’know like, er, the titles of movies. Quite some time ago, a coupla years back a friend brings up the film Pulp Fiction into the conversation, and at that time I had never ever seen the film or heard anything about it… and I don’t know why but suddenly for no apparent reason, I thought the film was some gory, horror movie, hahahaha…I was young and really not yet introduced to Quentin Tarrantino’s works yet… but that’s what I thought the movie was like before watching it. After watching it is a whole other story! I would say Great film…but it makes me sound stupid so I’ll just quietly urge you guys to watch the film… …watch the film!
Other films:
American History X - thought it was a boring documentary
On The Waterfront - thought it was about some people stranded on an island
The Devil’s Advocate - thought it was an old, heavily religious film set in desolate canyons with lots of nuns in it
Basically, I need a new handle. Hattori Hanzo is all nice & fine but it’s stolen from Kill Bill and since I gave a new look to the site, I should get a new handle. Someone suggested Mr Milk Love, but it’s too close the title, but I like the sound of it, hehehe. The very same person also told me my logo looks like a dinosaur eating a heart…so I can hopefully make something with that…it’ll probably become nothing or a really lame mascot, hahaha.
There’s One Day… and There’s Now
There’s what I want to happen or what will happen… and there’s what is happening
One Day… hopefully, this blog will be decent enough not to be a waste of space and maybe, it might even be bustling with radical posts of days gone by… but being the lazy guy I am, I doubt that…but you never know, this could be great, hehehe… here’s hoping, eh?
Now… Right now, this is nothing, but this has freedom to be anything…this could be a web journal or this could be an online journal OR it could even be something totally crazy and innovative. I have to break away from this and decide. I could do both but, like I said, I’m a lazy guy. Currently, the title is “Milk Love”… hehehe, what?! It has flexibility… Still I don’t know what I want to do with this page.
If I do a web journal, it has to be interesting and very casual. It won’t be a daily journal on how’s my life going and what went on, but a casual one on my observations and thought. It’ll be like:
“It’s funny… when you catch the eyes of people passing by, there’ll be a pause in the world and soon after someone’ll reply… they tend to look away as if it was a threat, I guess I can understand that, but… once, I smiled to the moment and they, in turn, replied with a smile. And I’ll tell you it was great feeling, and it is sad to know that it doesn’t happen so often, but I guess that just builds up the crazy, overly-ecstatic joy I get when they smile back… It’s amazing to have that feeling of simple delights, but I guess if it was so frequent it wouldn’t be as… special. So I guess you could say that you should rationalise these moments, if you’re one to set the first smile, hehehe… …last words: savour the feeling, it happens once in a blue moon.”
If I do an online story, it has to be interesting, naturally hehehe, but I want it to be special. It’s a definite that it has to be made up by me and not a fan based story because I want to take all the credits for myself and I want to know that you relate to the characters because of me… also I guess it’ll probably last longer too… but sadly I am not a writer, I want to be, but I’m not. I wait for inspiration… I’d like to put up an example story but… I can’t think of anything… so… …yeah, inspiration.
Well, the situation seems as though I will chose the web journal idea, I don’t know… considering all the thinking I’m doing for this and the likely possibility that I’ll abandon this… well I don’t know… but I guess you’ll have to wait for the next post to really find out, hehehe.
Also note that today, June 1st 2004, is the true birthdate of this site with no tweeks on the date…hehehe.
